Auto-Response Settings
Choose which reviews Gleam posts automatically — without texting you first. All others still come to you for approval.
Auto-post responses to 5-star reviews only. 1–4 star reviews come to you for approval.
Auto-post responses to 4 and 5-star reviews. 1–3 star reviews come to you for approval.
Auto-post responses to every review — Gleam handles everything. You won't be texted unless a review triggers a sentiment alert.
Send every review to you for approval before posting. Nothing goes live without your say-so.
Status & Navigation
Get a quick summary of your current setup — auto-response rule, pending reviews, and your current average rating.
Receive a short list of all available commands by text. Useful if you forget a keyword while on the go.
Alerts & Preferences
Turn on sentiment alerts. Gleam texts you when multiple reviews mention the same issue — pricing, response time, workmanship — so you can spot patterns early.
Turn off sentiment alerts. You'll still receive individual review notifications — just no pattern summaries.
Turn on reminder texts for pending reviews. If you haven't acted on a review in 24 hours, Gleam will follow up once.
Turn off reminder texts. Pending reviews stay in your queue — Gleam just won't nudge you again.
Billing
Cancel your subscription. Your service continues to the end of the current billing period.
Note: STOP only stops text messages — it does NOT cancel your subscription or billing. To cancel, reply ENDPLAN.
